Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of the services provided by Lesuto Technologies, Inc. ("Lesuto," "we," "us," or "our"), located at 600 Congress Ave, STE 1400, Austin, TX 78701. This AUP is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service. By using the Services, you agree to comply with this AUP. Violations of this policy may result in the suspension or termination of your account.
1. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use the Services, directly or indirectly, to engage in or facilitate any of the following:
1.1 Illegal Activities
- Violating any applicable local, state, national, or international law, statute, ordinance, or regulation.
- Facilitating or promoting money laundering, terrorist financing, or sanctions evasion.
- Selling, distributing, or facilitating the sale of controlled substances, illegal drugs, or drug paraphernalia.
- Selling, distributing, or facilitating the sale of weapons, ammunition, or explosives in violation of applicable law.
- Engaging in human trafficking, exploitation, or the sale of human organs.
1.2 Fraudulent and Deceptive Practices
- Misrepresenting your identity, affiliation, or authority.
- Creating fake accounts, orders, reviews, or ratings to manipulate the platform.
- Engaging in phishing, social engineering, or other deceptive schemes to obtain personal information or credentials from other users.
- Using the platform to conduct pyramid schemes, Ponzi schemes, or other fraudulent business models.
- Manipulating commission structures, payout systems, or pricing through artificial transactions or collusion.
- Filing false chargebacks or disputes with the intent to defraud merchants, suppliers, or the platform.
1.3 Spam and Unsolicited Communications
- Sending unsolicited bulk messages, spam, or commercial communications to other users of the platform.
- Using the Services to harvest email addresses or other contact information for the purpose of sending spam.
- Posting repetitive, irrelevant, or misleading content to game search results or visibility.
- Using automated tools (bots, scripts, or crawlers) to interact with the Services without our prior written consent.
2. Content Restrictions
You are responsible for all content you upload, publish, or transmit through the Services. The following types of content are strictly prohibited:
- Harmful or abusive content: Content that promotes violence, self-harm, harassment, bullying, hatred, or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
- Sexually explicit content: Pornographic or sexually explicit material, including images, videos, or descriptions.
- Misleading product listings: Product descriptions, images, or specifications that are materially false, deceptive, or misleading. Products must be accurately described and represented.
- Hazardous products: Products that pose an unreasonable risk of harm to consumers, including recalled products, products that violate safety regulations, or products with known defects that have not been disclosed.
- Regulated products without compliance: Products that require specific licenses, certifications, or regulatory approvals that have not been obtained (e.g., FDA-regulated products, age-restricted items).
- Malicious content: Content containing malware, viruses, trojans, worms, or any other harmful code or software.
3. Intellectual Property
You shall not use the Services to infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party. Specifically, you shall not:
- List, sell, or distribute counterfeit goods or goods that infringe on trademarks, copyrights, patents, or other intellectual property rights of any third party.
- Use the intellectual property of Lesuto (including our trademarks, logos, and copyrighted materials) without our prior written authorization, except as expressly permitted by the Terms of Service.
- Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from any content on the platform.
- Use product images, descriptions, or other content from the platform on external websites or services without authorization from the content owner.
If you believe that your intellectual property rights have been infringed, please refer to our DMCA Policy for instructions on submitting a complaint.
4. Platform Integrity
You shall not take any action that disrupts, degrades, or impairs the functionality, availability, or integrity of the Services:
- Attempting to access, tamper with, or use non-public areas of the platform, our computer systems, or the technical delivery systems of our providers.
- Probing, scanning, or testing the vulnerability of any system or network associated with the Services, or breaching any security or authentication measures.
- Interfering with the proper functioning of the Services, including overloading, flooding, or mail-bombing.
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or otherwise attempting to derive the source code of the Services.
- Circumventing any rate limiting, access controls, or usage restrictions implemented by Lesuto.
5. Enforcement
Lesuto reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to investigate and take appropriate action against any user who violates this AUP. Enforcement actions may include, but are not limited to:
- Warning: A formal notice identifying the violation and requesting immediate corrective action.
- Content Removal: Removal or disabling of any content that violates this AUP.
- Account Suspension: Temporary suspension of your account and access to the Services pending investigation.
- Account Termination: Permanent termination of your account and forfeiture of any pending payouts if the violation involves fraud, illegal activity, or repeated offenses.
- Legal Action: Referral to law enforcement authorities and initiation of legal proceedings where appropriate.
We will endeavor to provide notice before taking enforcement action, except where immediate action is necessary to protect the platform, our users, or third parties. You may appeal any enforcement action by contacting us at legal@lesuto.com.
6. Reporting Violations
If you become aware of any activity that violates this AUP, we encourage you to report it to us immediately. Reports can be submitted to legal@lesuto.com. Please include as much detail as possible, including the nature of the violation, the user or content involved, and any supporting evidence. We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by posting the updated policy on the Services and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
