Accessibility Statement

Effective Date: February 14, 2026  |  Last Updated: February 14, 2026

Lesuto Technologies, Inc. ("Lesuto," "we," "us," or "our"), located at 600 Congress Ave, STE 1400, Austin, TX 78701, is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for all users, including people with disabilities. We strive to provide an inclusive experience that allows all visitors to access, navigate, and interact with our platform, websites, and services (collectively, the "Services") effectively.

1. Our Commitment

We are committed to conforming to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, as published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines are the internationally recognized standard for web accessibility and cover a wide range of recommendations for making web content more accessible to people with disabilities, including those with visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, language, learning, and neurological disabilities.

Accessibility is not a one-time effort but an ongoing commitment. We continuously work to improve the accessibility of our Services as technology evolves and new standards emerge.

2. What We Do

To ensure accessibility across the Lesuto platform, we take the following measures:

  • Semantic HTML: We use proper HTML elements (headings, lists, landmarks, labels, and ARIA attributes) to ensure that assistive technologies, such as screen readers, can accurately interpret and convey our content.
  • Keyboard navigation: All interactive elements on the platform are accessible via keyboard. Users can navigate through pages, forms, menus, and interactive components using the Tab, Enter, Escape, and arrow keys without requiring a mouse.
  • Color contrast: We maintain sufficient color contrast ratios between text and background colors to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA requirements (minimum 4.5:1 for normal text and 3:1 for large text).
  • Alternative text: All meaningful images, icons, and non-text content include descriptive alternative text so that screen reader users can understand the content and purpose of visual elements.
  • Focus indicators: Visible focus indicators are provided for all interactive elements so that keyboard users can track their position on the page.
  • Responsive design: Our platform is designed to work across a range of devices and screen sizes, and content reflows properly when zoomed up to 200% without loss of information or functionality.
  • Form accessibility: All form fields include associated labels, clear instructions, and descriptive error messages to assist users in completing forms accurately.
  • Consistent navigation: Navigation elements are consistent across pages, allowing users to develop familiarity with the layout and predict where to find content.
  • Reduced motion: We respect the "prefers-reduced-motion" system preference and minimize or disable animations for users who have indicated a preference for reduced motion.
  • Testing: We conduct regular accessibility testing using a combination of automated tools, manual testing with assistive technologies (screen readers, keyboard-only navigation), and, where possible, feedback from users with disabilities.

3. Merchant Storefronts

Lesuto provides the storefront infrastructure for merchants on our platform. While we ensure that the base storefront templates and components meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA standards, merchants who customize their storefronts using our CMS tools are encouraged to maintain accessibility in their content. We provide guidance and built-in safeguards where possible, such as:

  • Accessible default themes with compliant color contrast ratios.
  • Alt text fields for all image uploads in the CMS.
  • Structured content blocks that enforce proper heading hierarchy.
  • Accessible navigation and footer components that merchants cannot modify.

4. Known Limitations

Despite our best efforts, some areas of the Services may not yet be fully accessible. Known limitations include:

  • Third-party content: Some content embedded from or provided by third-party services (such as payment forms from Stripe, embedded maps, or social media widgets) may not be fully accessible. We work with our third-party partners to advocate for accessibility improvements and select vendors who prioritize accessibility.
  • User-generated content: Product images, descriptions, and other content uploaded by suppliers and merchants may not always include alternative text or meet accessibility standards. We provide tools and encourage best practices, but cannot guarantee compliance for all user-generated content.
  • Legacy features: Certain older features or pages may not meet current WCAG 2.1 Level AA standards. These are being identified and updated as part of our ongoing accessibility improvement process.
  • Complex interactive features: Some advanced interactive features (such as drag-and-drop interfaces in the admin dashboard) may have limited accessibility. We provide alternative methods for accomplishing the same tasks where possible.

We are actively working to address these limitations and improve the accessibility of all aspects of the Services.

5. Feedback and Assistance

Your feedback is essential to helping us improve accessibility. If you encounter any accessibility barriers while using the Services, or if you have suggestions for how we can improve, we want to hear from you. Please contact us with the following information:

  • A description of the accessibility issue you encountered.
  • The URL or page where the issue occurred.
  • The assistive technology you were using (if applicable), such as the screen reader name and version.
  • Your preferred method of contact so we can follow up.

We aim to acknowledge accessibility feedback within two (2) business days and to provide a resolution or workaround within thirty (30) business days, depending on the complexity of the issue.

6. Formal Complaints

If you are not satisfied with our response to your accessibility concern, you may file a formal complaint with the appropriate government authority. In the United States, you may file a complaint with the U.S. Department of Justice Civil Rights Division or the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), depending on the nature of the concern. You may also have rights under your state's disability discrimination laws.
