Join a mission-driven team building the platform that empowers entrepreneurs worldwide. At Lesuto, your work directly impacts people's livelihoods across the countries we support.
Why Lesuto
We're not building another SaaS tool. We're building economic infrastructure for people who've never had access to it. Every line of code, every design decision, and every strategy we pursue is in service of one goal: making commerce accessible to everyone.
Lesuto is remote-first, headquartered in Austin, TX, and growing fast. We're looking for people who want to do meaningful work -- the kind that changes lives, not just metrics.
What We Believe
These aren't just words on a wall. They're the principles we use to make decisions every day.
We build tools that create value for many, not extract it for a few. Every feature we ship should help real people earn a real living.
We design for the world, not just one market. A merchant in Manila and a supplier in Austin deserve the same quality of experience.
We ship fast, learn faster, and never stop improving. Everyone here is a builder -- whether you write code, design interfaces, or craft strategy.
We succeed when our merchants and suppliers succeed. Every decision is filtered through the question: does this help our community grow?
Open Positions
We're finalizing our job postings and will have open roles listed here soon. In the meantime, we'd love to hear from you.
