Lesuto Technologies, Inc. ("Lesuto," "we," "us," or "our") provides this page so you can understand and exercise your privacy rights across the Lesuto platform, including the Lesuto Hub mobile app, hub.lesuto.com, merchant storefronts, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). This page supplements our Privacy Policy.

We Do Not Sell Your Personal Information

Lesuto does not sell your personal information for money. We do not share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising in exchange for money or other valuable consideration. If our practices change, we will update this page and our Privacy Policy before doing so.

1. Your Rights at a Glance

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

Know what personal information we collect and how we use it
Access a copy of your personal information
Correct inaccurate personal information
Delete your personal information, subject to legal exceptions
Opt out of certain uses of your information, including targeted advertising or profiling where applicable
Portability — receive your data in a portable format where required by law
Non-discrimination for exercising your privacy rights

2. How to Exercise Your Choices

2.1 In the Lesuto Hub Mobile App

Signed-in users can manage privacy-related settings directly in the app:

Push notifications: Profile → Settings → Push Notifications (or the Notifications screen). Email notifications default to off; enable only the categories you want.
App Tracking (iOS): When prompted, choose whether to allow tracking for personalized recommendations. You can change this anytime in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → Lesuto Hub.
Delete your account: Profile → Settings → Delete Account. You will be asked to confirm with your account email. Deletion is permanent and removes your profile, orders, wishlists, boards, and associated personal data, subject to legal retention requirements.

2.2 On hub.lesuto.com

Toggle analytics consent (opt-in only)
Toggle cross-store personalization (opt-in only)
Export my data — download a JSON copy of your account data
Delete your account — permanent deletion with email confirmation
Manage notification preferences under Profile → Notifications

2.3 On Merchant Storefronts (Web & SDK)

Storefronts powered by the Lesuto Commerce SDK use a cookie consent banner before collecting behavioral data for product recommendations. You may decline non-essential tracking when prompted. The SDK respects Global Privacy Control (GPC) and Do Not Track (DNT) browser signals where supported. See our Cookie Policy for details.

2.4 By Email

You may submit a privacy request by emailing us. We will verify your identity before processing the request.

We aim to respond within 45 days for California requests and 30 days for GDPR requests, as described in our Privacy Policy.

3. California Residents (CCPA / CPRA)

California law gives you the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. As stated above, Lesuto does not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising in a manner that constitutes a "sale" or "share" under the CPRA.

If you are a California resident and wish to submit a request to know, delete, or correct your information, contact privacy@lesuto.com or use the in-product controls in Section 2. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

4. Marketing & Communications

Promotional emails are opt-in only. You can opt out at any time by:

Clicking unsubscribe in any marketing email
Turning off email categories in your account notification preferences (Hub app or hub.lesuto.com)

You may still receive transactional messages related to orders, security, and account activity even if you opt out of marketing.

5. Authorized Agents

If you use an authorized agent to submit a privacy request on your behalf, the agent must provide written authorization signed by you. We may require you to verify your identity directly. Send agent requests to privacy@lesuto.com.
