Your Privacy Choices

Lesuto Technologies, Inc. ("Lesuto," "we," "us," or "our") provides this page so you can understand and exercise your privacy rights across the Lesuto platform, including the Lesuto Hub mobile app, the Lesuto Seller mobile app, hub.lesuto.com, admin.lesuto.com, merchant storefronts, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). This page supplements our Privacy Policy.

We Do Not Sell Your Personal Information

Lesuto does not sell your personal information for money. We do not share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising in exchange for money or other valuable consideration. If our practices change, we will update this page and our Privacy Policy before doing so.

1. Your Rights at a Glance

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

Know what personal information we collect and how we use it
Access a copy of your personal information
Correct inaccurate personal information
Delete your personal information, subject to legal exceptions
Opt out of certain uses of your information, including targeted advertising or profiling where applicable
Portability - receive your data in a portable format where required by law
Non-discrimination for exercising your privacy rights
Appeal a decision if we refuse your request (see Section 5)

2. How to Exercise Your Choices

2.1 In the Lesuto Hub Mobile App

Signed-in users can manage privacy-related settings directly in the app:

Push notifications: Profile → Settings → Push Notifications (or the Notifications screen). Email notifications default to off; enable only the categories you want.
App Tracking (iOS): When prompted, choose whether to allow tracking for personalized recommendations. You can change this anytime in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → Lesuto Hub.
Delete your account: Profile → Settings → Delete Account. You will be asked to confirm with your account email. Deletion is permanent and removes your profile, orders, wishlists, boards, and associated personal data, subject to legal retention requirements.

2.2 In the Lesuto Seller Mobile App

Lesuto Seller is the iOS and Android app for merchants and suppliers. Signed-in administrator accounts can export personal data and delete the account in-app:

Export your data: Open the menu → App Settings → Privacy & Data → Export My Data. Downloads a JSON copy of personal data we hold about your administrator account (profile, organization memberships, channel roles, consultant access grants, calendar connections, and registered push devices).
Delete your account: App Settings → Privacy & Data → Delete Account (or App Settings → Delete Account). Enter your account email to confirm. Deletion is permanent and signs you out immediately.
What is deleted or anonymized: Your name, email address, login credentials, active sessions, role assignments, organization memberships, consultant channel access grants, Google Calendar connections, personal push notification tokens, and other personal administrator fields.
What we retain: Business records required by law and platform operations, including channels, products, orders, payouts, and tax or audit records tied to your business. These are not deleted with your personal administrator account.
Sole organization owners: If you are the only owner of an organization, you must transfer ownership to another administrator before account deletion is allowed.
Delete specific data without closing your account: Email privacy@lesuto.com with your request. We verify your identity before processing partial deletion, correction, or portability requests.

2.3 In Command Center (admin.lesuto.com)

Merchants and suppliers can manage connected social accounts for Social Studio:

Disconnect social accounts: Open Social Studio → connected accounts and revoke Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, or YouTube access at any time.
Stop scheduled posts: Pause or delete campaigns and queued posts before they publish.
Export or delete administrator data: Use Lesuto Seller app settings (see Section 2.2) or email privacy@lesuto.com.

2.4 On hub.lesuto.com

Toggle analytics consent (opt-in only)
Toggle cross-store personalization (opt-in only)
Export my data - download a JSON copy of your account data
Delete your account - permanent deletion with email confirmation
Manage notification preferences under Profile → Notifications

2.5 On Merchant Storefronts (Web & SDK)

Storefronts powered by the Lesuto Commerce SDK use a cookie consent banner before collecting behavioral data for product recommendations. You may decline non-essential tracking when prompted. The SDK respects Global Privacy Control (GPC) and Do Not Track (DNT) browser signals where supported. See our Cookie Policy for details.

2.6 Cookies on lesuto.com

You can change or withdraw your cookie choice at any time. Withdrawing is as easy as giving consent: the button below clears the choice we stored, turns analytics cookies back off, and brings the banner back so you can choose again. We also honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) and Do Not Track (DNT), which keep analytics off without any action from you.

2.7 By Email

You may submit a privacy request by emailing us. We will verify your identity before processing the request.

We aim to respond within 45 days for California requests and 30 days for GDPR requests, as described in our Privacy Policy.

3. California Residents (CCPA / CPRA)

California law gives you the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. As stated above, Lesuto does not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising in a manner that constitutes a "sale" or "share" under the CPRA.

If you are a California resident and wish to submit a request to know, delete, or correct your information, contact privacy@lesuto.com or use the in-product controls in Section 2. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

4. Marketing & Communications

Promotional emails are opt-in only. You can opt out at any time by:

Clicking unsubscribe in any marketing email
Turning off email categories in your account notification preferences (Hub app or hub.lesuto.com)

You may still receive transactional messages related to orders, security, and account activity even if you opt out of marketing.

5. If We Refuse a Request (Appeals)

If we decline a privacy request, we tell you why. You can appeal that decision, and the appeal is reviewed by someone other than the person who made the original decision. We answer appeals within 45 days. If we deny the appeal, you may contact your state attorney general or, in the EU or UK, your supervisory authority.

On hub.lesuto.com: Profile → Privacy & Data. Each request shows its status, the date we owe you an answer, our decision, and an Appeal this decision button when a request was refused.
By email: reply to our decision or write to privacy@lesuto.com with the request reference and why you disagree.

6. Authorized Agents

If you use an authorized agent to submit a privacy request on your behalf, the agent must provide written authorization signed by you. We may require you to verify your identity directly. Send agent requests to privacy@lesuto.com.
