How It Works
Automated, transparent, and always up to date
The risk score is computed from real operational data — not surveys or self-reported metrics. It updates in real-time as suppliers fulfill orders, respond to tickets, and manage returns.
Data Collection
The platform continuously tracks every order, return, review, dispute, ticket, and fulfillment event for each supplier.
Signal Weighting
Each metric is weighted by business impact. Fulfillment rate and return rate carry more weight than catalog completeness.
Score & Tier
Signals combine into a 0–100 score that maps to five tiers: Excellent, Good, Fair, At Risk, and Critical.

Order Fulfillment Rate
Percentage of orders shipped on time and complete. Late or partial shipments lower the score.
Average Ship Time
Median time from order placement to carrier scan. Faster suppliers earn higher marks.
Return Rate
How often customers return products. Consistently high return rates signal quality or accuracy issues.
Product Review Average
Weighted average of all product reviews across every merchant channel. Customer voice matters.
Dispute Frequency
How often returns escalate to disputes. High dispute rates indicate policy friction or product misrepresentation.
Supplier Response Time
Average time to respond to return requests, info requests, and support tickets. Silence hurts.
Approval-to-Rejection Ratio
How often the supplier accepts returns vs. rejects them. A pattern of rejections raises flags.
Support Ticket Resolution
Percentage of tickets closed satisfactorily. Unresolved or escalated tickets drag the score down.
Tracking Accuracy
How often tracking numbers are provided, valid, and scanned by the carrier. Missing tracking = lower trust.
Product Catalog Quality
Completeness of product descriptions, images, variants, and pricing. Sparse listings reduce confidence.
Commission Compliance
Whether the supplier's commission rate and payout structure stay consistent. Rate changes mid-contract are penalized.
Inventory Reliability
How often products go out of stock after being synced to merchant channels. Stockouts hurt everyone.
Risk Tiers
Five tiers from Excellent to Critical
Scores map to clear tiers that merchants can filter by and suppliers can track. Each tier has real consequences — both positive and negative.
Excellent
90–100Top-tier supplier. Consistently fast fulfillment, low returns, high reviews, and responsive communication. Featured in marketplace recommendations.
Good
75–89Reliable supplier. Minor areas for improvement but overall a strong partner. Eligible for all marketplace features and subscription types.
Fair
55–74Some concerns. May have elevated return rates, slower response times, or inconsistent fulfillment. Merchants see a warning badge.
At Risk
30–54Significant issues. High dispute rates, inventory stockouts, or poor review scores. Marketplace visibility is reduced. Improvement plan recommended.
Critical
0–29Severe risk. May face marketplace suspension if not improved. Existing merchant subscriptions are flagged. Immediate action required.
