How It Works
The risk score is computed from real operational data — not surveys or self-reported metrics. It updates in real-time as suppliers fulfill orders, respond to tickets, and manage returns.
The platform continuously tracks every order, return, review, dispute, ticket, and fulfillment event for each supplier.
Each metric is weighted by business impact. Fulfillment rate and return rate carry more weight than catalog completeness.
Signals combine into a 0–100 score that maps to five tiers: Excellent, Good, Fair, At Risk, and Critical.

Risk Tiers
Scores map to clear tiers that merchants can filter by and suppliers can track. Each tier has real consequences — both positive and negative.
Top-tier supplier. Consistently fast fulfillment, low returns, high reviews, and responsive communication. Featured in marketplace recommendations.
Reliable supplier. Minor areas for improvement but overall a strong partner. Eligible for all marketplace features and subscription types.
Some concerns. May have elevated return rates, slower response times, or inconsistent fulfillment. Merchants see a warning badge.
Significant issues. High dispute rates, inventory stockouts, or poor review scores. Marketplace visibility is reduced. Improvement plan recommended.
Severe risk. May face marketplace suspension if not improved. Existing merchant subscriptions are flagged. Immediate action required.
